We had to position ourselves near a bench on which these swallows would stop to take a breather between their flights in order to get them.

With an adapted slow lens, I could only position myself near a bench where some swallows were landing and taking off in order to catch them. Although the Canon EOS-RP used here wasn’t really designed to be fast enough to stop birds in flight, it was nevertheless adequate for the present task.
